The why
Flex Music started as a real problem. On long walks I build playlists that ramp up — steady openers first, then bigger and bigger tracks that pump me up and push me to go harder.
Keeping a long playlist in exactly that order meant fighting every music app I tried. Moving one song was a chore; shaping a few hundred was hopeless. I wanted real control over my own playlists, and nothing out there gave it to me.
So I built it. Flex Music is that solution — and now it's yours too.
— Jas, maker of Flex Music

From the first reorder to a fully offline library — here's what it feels like to use.
Reordering is a drag — literally. Pick up any track and drop it where it belongs. Changes save straight back to your library, so every device sees the same order.

Big playlists shouldn't feel big. Search inside any playlist as you type, step through the matches, and jump straight to the top or the end with a tap.

Search, jump, and snap back to now playing.
Reordering a 1,500-track playlist shouldn't take 1,500 drags. Swipe a track either way to send it to the top, the middle, the bottom — or somewhere random, when the playlist needs a shake-up.

Swipe left or right for instant moves.
Long-press any track for its menu — send it to another playlist or take it out of this one. And with star ratings sitting on every row, rating your library is a tap, not a chore.

Ratings live on every track, everywhere.
Long-press an album to send it to any playlist — or spin up a brand-new one on the spot. Building the perfect mix never means leaving the page you're on.

Any album, any playlist, two taps.
Clone a playlist you love and reshape the copy. Great for taming smart playlists or making a road-trip cut of an old favourite — the original stays untouched.

One tap turns any playlist into a fresh copy.
Deleting a playlist is deliberate, not accidental: the app shows a one-time security code you type to confirm. And it only ever removes the playlist — your music files are never touched.

A typed code guards every delete.
The Vibe tab turns your library's moods into hundreds of colour-coded vibes — from Acerbic to Airy — each with randomized playback. When you don't know what you want, pick a feeling instead.

Hundreds of vibes, each with its own colour and feel.
Full-screen artwork, synced lyrics, a live queue, and colours drawn from the album art. Swipe across the player to skip tracks — no buttons required.

Lyrics stay in step, line by line.
Download playlists and albums for the commute, the flight, or the dead zone. Favourites can keep themselves synced over Wi-Fi automatically.

Your downloads, ready when the signal isn't.
Why people stay
Long-press, swipe, and drag are everywhere. If it looks like you can grab it, you can.
Tap a star anywhere — the player, a playlist, even CarPlay — and it saves to your library.
Pick from six dark themes, or let the app colour itself from whatever's playing.
CarPlay support with playlists, albums, and ratings right on the dash.
Quit, restart, or switch devices — your queue and position come back with you.
It's your library. Flex Music just makes it nicer to use.
